Organizational Development Specialist

As an Organizational Development Specialist you´ll provide consolidated support for all OD, leadership and management development programs.

RESPONSABILITIES
  • ‍Provide ongoing program support to internal new hire on-boarding, the company best practices certification program and continuous learning opportunities for company employees
  • Provide support on implementation of leadership pipeline development programs (succession planning, reviews, and employee professional development plans)
  • Support planning and administration of team effectiveness including preparation of session materials and follow-up reporting
  • Support organizational readiness/org health initiatives
  • Facilitate Change Management, and Leadership and Insights trainings as needed
  • Provide one-on-one debriefs for 360 Surveys, EQ-I assessments and Insights profiles as needed
  • Must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a team with other passionate professionals
EXPERIENCE
  • ‍Undergraduate or master’s degree or have 1 – 3 years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement
  • High degree of integrity and discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive information
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
  • Strong computer skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as demonstrated proficiency with data management and analysis)
  • Willingness to travel
